      How Can I Change My Profile Name On My Account?

      2. Tap on your name at the top of the list and you can then type in a new name that you wish to change to.

      How Can I Change or Log Out of My Account From the App?
      1. From the app’s home screen, tap on the menu icon at the top left corner and select “Account.”
      2. Tap the “Log out” button at the bottom of the screen and press OK to confirm.
      How Can I Reset My Device?
      1. Open the app, tap on the menu icon on the top left corner and select “Settings.”
        Select the “Reset” option and tap the check mark at the bottom to confirm.
      2. Another way is through the HR device itself. Select the “APPS” menu, select the “Settings” icon, and swipe left or right until you see the “Reset” option. Confirm to reset the device.
      How Can I Unpair My HR Device?
      1. Open the app, tap on the menu icon on the top left corner and select “Pair Device.”
      2. Select the “Unpair device” option and tap the check mark at the bottom to confirm.
      How Do I Add a Profile Picture?

      How Do I Check My Previous Activity History?

      You can do this by tapping on the progress bars on the app’s home screen. The app will display timeline charts that are sorted daily, weekly, or monthly. Press the arrows to cycle through previous days, weeks, or months.

      How Do I Set Reminders to Go Off On My HR Device?
      1. Open the app, tap on the menu icon on the top left corner and select “Reminders.”
      2. Press the “ADD A NEW REMINDER” box at the bottom of the screen. Here you can select which reminder you wish to make for yourself.
      3. Tap on the arrow of the corresponding reminder you wish to make to bring down the drop menu.
      4. Select the day and set the time.
      5. Remember to press “Save” to save your changes, and OK to sync the changes to your HR device when prompted.
      How Do I Use the Sleep Mode Function?
      1. The HR device will track your sleep quality while in Sleep mode.
      2. You can manually turn on/off sleep mode by turning on “Sleep Mode” from the APPS menu option on the HR device. To get to the “Sleep Mode” screen, follow these steps:

        • From the HR device screen, select “APPS”.
        • Swipe (left or right) and select the “Sleep Mode” icon.
        • Confirm to put the device into sleep mode.
      3. You can also manually turn on/off sleep mode by sliding the Sleep Mode switch at the top of app’s home screen.
      4. The HR device can also be set to automatically detect if you are asleep during your pre-set sleep schedule period.
        To do this, follow these steps:

        • Open the 3Plus Elite app and go to “Settings.”
        • Select “Preset Sleep”
        • Switch “Auto Sleep” to the ‘on’ position.
        • Set your sleep schedule time range by entering the “Bed Time” and “Awake Time”. The HR device will then track your sleep patterns automatically only during the pre-set time period.
      How Does HR Calculate My Sleep Quality?

      The HR device utilizes a 3-axis accelerometer sensor that determines whether you are in a light sleep, deep sleep or an awakened state.

      How Long Can the HR Device Store My Activity Data for Without Syncing on the App?

      The HR device can store your activity data for up to 5 days without syncing. So if you forget to sync your data for 1-5 days, you will not lose the data for those days as long as you sync with the app by the end of the fifth day.

      How Long Does it Take to Fully Charge?

      About 2 hours.

      How Long is the Battery Life on my HR Device?

      Up to 5 days on standby and about 2 days with normal use.

      I'm Not Getting Notifications From My Smartphone.
      1. Make sure your HR device is paired with the 3Plus Elite app on your smartphone.
      2. Make sure your HR device is connected to your smartphone via Bluetooth.
      3. Make sure your HR’s notification setting is turned on from “settings” menu.
      I’m Having Trouble Re-pairing My Device Again.

      If you’re attempting to re-pair your device after previously unpairing, first check your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings and check the list of connected devices. Make sure the HR device is not already connected. If it is connected, unpair it from your Bluetooth and try the pairing process again from the 3Plus Elite app.

      Is There a Way to Restart the Band?
      1. Yes, there are two ways to restart the band. To do a soft restart, select the band’s APPS option -> Settings -> Restart.
      2. For a hard restart, place the HR band onto the charging cradle while connected to a power source. Use a thin needle or pin to insert into the back of the charging cradle’s pin hole.
      Is there an Automatic Shut Off Timer if the User Leaves the HR Switch on From the Band? If So, How Long is the Timer?
      1. If the HR switch on the band is left on, the HR sensor will continue reading constantly for about three hours before it shuts itself off.
      2. Also if the HR sensor detects the band is not being worn, the HR switch will turn itself off after one minute.
      Is this Device Water Resistant?

      The 3Plus HR can handle normal daily activities like splashes of water when washing your hands or drizzle from light rain, but do not immerse under water or shower with it on.

      My HR Band’s Screen is Frozen or it Won’t Turn on.

      Perform a hard restart on the band. Place the HR band onto the charging cradle while it’s connected to a power source. Use a thin needle or pin to insert into the back of the charging cradle’s pin hole.

      My HR Device is Losing Battery Life Very Quickly.

      Make sure you’re not turning on the HR switch on the device all day. It is recommended to use the auto-track setting from the app and only turn on the HR switch on the device during exercise to monitor your heart rate.

      The App is Not Detecting my HR Device Pairing Code During the Pairing Process.

      Make sure your HR device is close to your smartphone during pairing. If it still does not come up during the pairing process, press the check mark during the device detection step to rescan for the device.

      The Number of My Daily Steps Seems Inaccurate, Why?
      1. Make sure you have entered your correct height when signing up.
      2. Make sure you are wearing your HR device on your non-dominant wrist and not too loose.
      What are the Benefits of Having a Heart Rate Sensor?

      Measuring your heart rate is a great tool to make sure you stay within your target heart rate zone during exercise. Going under your target zone may indicate you’re under-working and going over may indicate you’re over-working.

      What Code Should I Enter to Pair With My HR?
      1. Double tap the HR device’s screen and there will be a unique code number displayed. You will be asked to select this code number from the 3Plus Elite app during the pairing process.
      2. If the screen does not turn on after double tapping, try fully recharging the device first before attempting again.
      What Does the 3Plus HR Track?

      Steps, distance traveled, calories burned, hours slept, active minutes, and heart rate.

      What is BPM?

      BPM stands for Beats Per Minute. This is the standard unit for measuring heart beats.

      What Should Be My Target Heart Rate Zone During Exercise?

      Your target heart rate zone is the BPM range you want to stay in during your exercises to make sure you get the most out of your workouts. Your target heart rate during exercise is generally 60-80% of your max heart rate. An often-used formula to calculate your max heart rate is to subtract your age from 220.

      Example: If you’re 25 years old, take 220-25=195 (max heart rate). 60-80% of 195 is 117-156 bpm (target heart rate).

      Which Android Devices are Compatible with HR?

      Most android smartphones using Android 4.1 (JellyBean) and above.

      Which iOS Devices are Compatible with HR?

      3. With wrist based trackers, you may see a difference in step count compared to traditional clip based trackers near your hip.  3Plus has developed an algorithm to identify motion patters that closely resemble people walking and running.

      1. The Vibe has several watch face designs. Open the 3Plus Elite APP, tap on the menu icon on the top left corner and select “Watch Face”.

      How do I use the remote camera on the Vibe?
      1. Open the 3Plus Elite APP, tap on the menu icon on the top left corner and select the settings. In the settings select the “camera” option. This will allow you to snap photos from a tap of your vibe.
      2. On the Vibe, swipe to the APPs section and tap to enter. Select the camera option and a camera icon should appear. Tap the camera icon for the 3 second countdown to begin.
      3. If you do not have the camera open from the 3Plus Elite APP, this feature will not work and you will be asked to open the camera from the 3Plus Elite APP.

      2. If the Vibe does not respond, check to see if the Vibe is charged by attached the cradle to the bottom of the Vibe and plugging the usb into a power source.
      Which social media notifications can this device receive?

      My Vibe is losing battery life very quickly

      Make sure you’re not leaving the HR on all day. It is recommended to use the auto-track setting from the app and only turn on the HR switch on the device during exercise to monitor your heart rate.

      Is there an automatic shut off timer if the user leaves the Heart rate on? If so, how long is the timer?
      1. If the Heart rate monitor is left on, the Heart rate sensor will continue reading your heart rate for about three hours before it turns itself off.
      2. If the sensor detects the Vibe is not being worn, the HR switch will turn itself off after one minute.
      Is this device water resistant?

      The 3Plus Vibe has a water resistance rating of IP62. This means that you can use the 3Plus Vibe in some light rain but you should not shower with it on.

      How long does it take to fully charge?

      1. On the Swipe C:
        1. Swipe to the left of the time/date screen to select "Apps".
        2. You are then going to swipe until you see the settings icon.
        3. Swipe once to display "Info" and select. You are then going to swipe one more time to acquire the software specs (shown as SW).
      2. On the App: Tap on the Swipe C tile found on the app home screen, then scroll down to select 'Debug Info'.
      Can I use the Swipe C with my Computer?

      The 3Plus Swipe C is not compatible with any PC's. Unfortunately, a dashboard/desktop version of the 3Plus Activity Tracker application is not available.

      (Currently, the Swipe C is only compatible with Android and iOS devices. Devices must at least carry iOS 7.0 or above and an Android OS 4.3 or above)

      How do I Setup my Swipe C?

      The first step to setting up the Swipe C is downloading the 3Plus Activity Tracker application. The connection from mobile device to band occurs via Bluetooth. Once the Bluetooth is turned on through the mobile device, the Swipe C will be able to pick up the signal.

      How do I Turn on and Navigate Through my Swipe C?

      To view the display screen, firmly double tap on the Swipe C screen. To navigate through the different options, swipe the screen right or left, and to select an option simply tap on the icon you wish to choose.

      When I Pair my Swipe C I Get an Error saying, "We Cannot Find Your Swipe-C"?
      1. Your mobile device may already be paired with another Bluetooth device. You must first un-pair the Bluetooth device from your mobile device to be able to connect to the Swipe C.
      2. If the Swipe C was paired with a mobile device previously, (and the device is within Bluetooth range) the band may still be paired to it through the back end. Due to this, the band is unable to pair with a new mobile devices.
      Which Smartphones Support the Swipe C?

      BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy a.k.a Bluetooth 4.0) is required to connect with the 3Plus Swipe C. Mobile devices must have a minimum display of 4 inches (measured from the bottom-left corner of the screen to the top-right corner). Operating system requirements consist of the mobile device running on iOS 7.1+ or Android 4.3+. The 3Plus app does NOT support tablet devices.

      Why Does my Swipe C Only Have Four Letters/Numbers on the Screen?

      These 4 characters are the pairing code that will need to be used to activate the Swipe C via the 3Plus application.

      Why is it So Hard to Put the Swipe C on?

      If you are having trouble fitting the clasp onto the band, try wetting the band with water. This will make it easier for the clasp to close.

      Swipe C Tracking

      The Swipe C will track steps taken, active minutes, distance traveled, calories burned and sleep

      • Steps are tracked using internal hardware to detect movement and the movement is then determined to be a step (or not a step) based on a unique step tracking algorithm.
      • Active minutes is calculated for any activity lasting 30 seconds or more. Any movement lasting less than 30 seconds will not count towards an active minute.
      • Distance traveled is calculated using 3 factors: number of steps taken, speed of those steps, and set stride length.
        (Stride length can be adjusted under the "User Settings" via the 3Plus application menu)
      • Calories are calculated using 4 factors: set weight/height, gender (both visible in user settings), the number of steps recorded, and the speed of those steps
      • Sleep is tracked using the same hardware used to track movement of the Swipe C. Asleep, restless and awake periods are based on intensity of movement.

    • Reading Your Sleep Chart
      • Daily Sleep Data: Sleep data is recorded and displayed using the tiles and chart displays.
      • Understanding the Charts: Sleep data is categorized as times awakened (red), restlessness (light blue), and deep sleep (dark blue).
      • Weekly and Monthly: In addition to viewing your daily sleep with the 3Plus application charts, you can also review your monthly and weekly sleep data using the calendar icon.
      What is "Sleep Mode"?

      With Sleep Mode you are able to track your sleep duration and activity throughout the night.
      The 3Plus activity trackers track three different levels of activity while on sleep mode: awake, restless and asleep.

      1. Awake: When you get up to use the bathroom, take the dog out for a walk, or suddenly develop a sleep walking habit, your 3Plus tracker will continue to count steps while it is in Sleep Mode.
      2. Restless: Activity measured by general body movement, such as turning over, adjusting your pillow, or any sudden movements.
      3. Asleep: When you are completely at rest and stationary. 
  • 3Plus Lite/HR

    • Creating A 3Plus User Account

      1. Begin by downloading the 3Plus Elite application from the app store. Once the 3Plus Elite application is launched, select "Sign up for New Users".



      2. You will then be asked to fill out some personal information. (Please note no one will have access to this information but yourself.) This information is used to obtain an accurate calculation of the components that the band measures. Once finished, select the bottom check button.



      3.Once your account is successfully created, you will be directed to start the pairing process of your 3Plus device.



      4. Once your account is successfully created, you will be directed to start the pairing of your 3Plus device.

  • 3Plus Vibe

    • How do I turn on/off my Vibe?

      Hold down the two buttons on the device for 3 to 5 seconds and the Vibe will turn on or off.

      What code should I enter to pair with my mobile device with my Vibe?
      1. Double tap the Vibe’s screen or press one of the side buttons to turn on the screen. (Make sure your unit is charged before attempting to pair) There will be a unique code number displayed on the Vibe’s screen. You will be asked to select this code number from the 3Plus Elite app during the pairing process.
      2. If the screen does not turn on after double tapping or pressing any of the side buttons, try fully recharging the device first before attempting the pairing process again.
      Can I use the Vibe with a computer?

      No

      Can I use multiple 3Plus devices on the same account?

      Yes, but not at the same time.

      How do I reset my 3Plus Vibe?

      There are 2 different ways to reset the Vibe.

      1. The first way to reset the Vibe is through the 3Plus Elite APP. Turn on your mobile device and open the 3Plus Elite APP. Head to the drop down menu then open up the settings. In the list of settings, select the “Reset” option. Tap on the check mark to reset the paired Vibe.
      2. The second way to reset the Vibe is on the device itself. Turn on the Vibe and swipe left or right until you see the APPs menu. Tap the screen to enter the APPs section and swipe down until you see the settings line. Tap the settings section and look for the reset option. Tap the reset option and tap the green check mark to reset the Vibe. If you do not want to reset, tap the red X or press the back button on the Vibe
      How can I restart my Vibe?

      Turn on the Vibe and swipe left or right until you see the APPs menu. Tap the screen to enter the APPs section and swipe down until you see the settings line. Tap the settings section and look for the restart option. Tap the restart option and tap the green check mark to restart the Vibe.

      How do I unpair my Vibe?
      1. Open the app, tap on the menu icon on the top left corner and select “Pair Device.”
      2. Select the “Unpair Device” option and tap the check mark at the bottom to confirm.
      I’m having trouble re-pairing my Vibe to my mobile device.

      If you are attempting to re-pair your Vibe after previously unpairing, first check your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings and check the list of connected devices. Make sure the Vibe is not already connected. If it shows connected, unpair it from your Bluetooth and trying the pairing process again from the 3Plus Elite app.

      The 3Plus Elite APP cannot find my Vibe pairing code during the pairing process.

      Make sure the Vibe is close to your smartphone during the pairing process. If it does not appear still, then press the check mark during the device detection step to rescan for the Vibe.

      Why isn’t my Vibe syncing with the 3Plus Elite APP?
      1. Make sure you have a working internet connection.
      2. Make sure the Bluetooth is turned on from your smartphone.
      3. Try restarting the APP by force closing it, then reopen it.
      4. In some cases, syncing will start working properly again if you wait 10-30 mins (this may be due to the server communication delay)
      5. If all the items listed above have been attempted and failed:

        1. Reset the device from the Vibe. Go to ‘APPS’ à ‘Settings’ à Reset.
        2. Unpair the device from the 3Plus Elite APP. From the app’s home screen, tap on the device image à ‘Unpair Device’ à tap check mark to confirm.
        3. Go to your smartphone’s Bluetooth settings and make sure to unpair the HR # from your Bluetooth connection list.
        4. Finally, start to pair the device back again from the 3Plus Elite app.
  • 3Plus Swipe C

    • Pairing (iOS)
      1. From the 3Plus home screen, select the menu option on the top-left hand corner. This will generate a side bar with the menu, please select "Pair Device".
      2. When selecting the device you wish to pair, please select "Swipe C".
      3. You are going to be instructed to connect your Swipe C to a charging source. Illustrations on how to charge the band will be provided. You will be asked to verify the four-digit activation code that is displayed on your band.
      4. The prompt to enter the four-digit code will appear on your screen. Once the characters are entered, select "Next". Please verify the code is correct.
      5. The application will begin to make contact with the Swipe C. Please allow the application run through the four connecting stages.
      6. A pairing request will then be prompted to confirm, go ahead and select "Pair".
      7. Once the pairing permissions are confirmed, double tap the screen on your Swipe C.
      8. Lastly, user tutorials will be provided on how to best utilize the band
      Paring (Android)
      1. From the 3Plus home screen, select the menu option on the top left-hand corner. This will generate a side bar with a menu, please select "Pair Device".
      2. When selecting the device you wish to pair, please select "Swipe C".
