Can the Vibe+ automatically detect if I'm sleeping?
The Vibe+ does not have automatic sleep detection. The user must turn on sleep mode or set a sleeping schedule to track their sleep.
How does the GPS work on the Vibe+?
The GPS only works when you want the GPS to turn on. Its not automatically on and the watch will ask you if you want to turn it on before workouts.
When does the activity on the Vibe+ reset?
The Vibe+'s activity data goes back to zero at midnight every night.
Does the 3+ app work with any other fitness apps?
The 3+ app is currently compatible with Google Fit and Apple Heath Kit.
What is AGPS service?
AGPS is basically the firmware that helps keep the user’s built in GPS up to date and accurate. If the user is having issues with the accuracy of their built in GPS, ask them to update their AGPS.

You won’t see notifications if you turned on settings such as do not disturb mode, quiet hours, or driving mode on your phone. You also won't see notifications on the Vibe+ if you turned on do not disturb mode or sleep mode on the watch. If you’re using multiple Bluetooth devices, you may have trouble using more than one at a time. Make sure the 3+ app is allowed to run in the background on your phone.

The Vibe+ continuously trackers your heart rate while you’re exercising and throughout the day. If the Vibe+ doesn’t detect a heart rate, make sure your wearing the watch correctly, either by moving it higher or lower on your wrist or by tightening or loosening the wristband. The Vibe+ should be in contact with your skin. After holding your arm still and straight for a short time, you should see a heart rate reading.
Why is my GPS not connecting when I start a workout?
Environmental factors, including tall buildings, dense forests, steep hills or even thick cloud cover can interfere with your watch’s ability to connect to GPS satellites. For best results, wait for the watch to find your signal before you start your workout.
How do I set my fitness goals on the Vibe+?
To set your activity goals, open the 3+ app and tap on the edit icon on the dashboard. To begin, your goal is 10,000 steps per day. Choose to increase or decrease the number of steps or change your goal for active minutes, distance travelled, or calories burned. You can also set your weight goal and water consumption goal in the same section.
How many notifications can be stored on the Vibe+?
The Vibe+ can store up to 10 notifications, after the oldest are replaced as you receive new ones.

OThere are 5 preset watch faces. To change your watch face, press and hold your current watch face screen until the face shrinks. Then you can scroll left and right to choose your watch face. Additional watch faces are available on the 3Plus Pro app. Go to settings (bottom menu in your App) > Watch face > and select from 50+ more choices.
How does my Vibe+II detect my sleep pattern?
Set your sleep time by going to Settings (bottom menu in the App) >Sleep settings >and turn on the Sleep detection switch. Select the time frame you want your watch to detect your sleep patterns.
How does the GPS work on the Vibe+ II?
The GPS will turn on when you select an outdoor sports activity mode. These sport modes are Outdoor running, Outdoor cycling, Walking, and Hiking. Once you select these sport modes, the watch confirm that you would like to turn on the feature before starting the workout.
Does the 3+PRO App work with any other fitness Apps?
The 3+ PRO App is currently compatible with Google Fit and Apple Heath.
Can I swim with Vibe+ II?
No! Vibe+ II has 3ATM water resistance, and is made for daily activity use. It is not suitable to be worn in the pool, beach or snorkeling.
How does Spotify or Pandora work on the Vibe+ II?
Open the Spotify App on your phone and play a song or podcast. On the Vibe+ II, push the button to access the main menu and look for the music App. Tap on the music icon and from there you can pause, play, skip, rewind, and adjust the volume from the Vibe+ II.

5. If you’re using multiple Bluetooth devices, your device may have trouble syncing to your watch. Try and sync the watch again. To sync your watch again, open the App and stay on the main page, App will automatically refresh. You can also swipe down the main page to force to refresh data.
6. Make sure the 3+ PRO App is allowed to run in the background on your phone.
7. You can receive notifications from 3rd party Apps. To receive notifications from these Apps, go to Settings > Notification > Other Apps. Here you can select which Apps to receive notifications from.

To check and update your watch with the latest firmware, you need to go to your App Settings on your dashboard (bottom menu) <> Go to 2nd tab Watch Settings then tap on More settings. Scroll down until you see Device firmware update and tap on it to update.
How to reconnect your watch if your watch gets disconnected with your smart phone?
If somehow your watch is disconnected from your phone within the Bluetooth connection range and does not connect back by itself, do the following:
1. First, check to make sure airplane mode is off on your watch.
2. Second, go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings and make sure it is still connected. (if it is not connected, you will have to perform factory reset and re- pair your watch). Please note by doing factory reset, you will lose all the data from your watch, but you will still have all the previous data before the day you performed factory reset on your App.
3. If it’s still connected, please close and open your App, or sign out and sign back in to reconnect.
4. If your phone has too many Apps running in the background, you might want to close some unattended Apps and restart your phone to refresh the connection.
How do I manage alarms on my Vibe+II?
The Vibe+II alarm will gently vibrate to alert you for reminders and notifications. To manage these alarms, go to Settings on your dashboard (bottom menu) > Reminder Settings > and then Alarm.
How do I change my time format and temperature unit?
Go to Settings on your dashboard (bottom menu) > Go to the second tab Watch Settings, then More settings and scroll down the menu until you see time and temperature unit setting.
How to unpair your watch?

How do I charge my 3Plus Cruz or Callie Hybrid watch?
- Connect the provided USB cable to a USB power adaptor
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to the wireless charging dock
- Plug the USB power adaptor into an electric socket. You’ll know when the dock is powered when the LED indicator is blue
- Place the Cruz or Callie Hybrid watch (with the buttons facing up) on the charging dock. Let the watch rest against the dock. You’ll know when the watch is resting correctly on the dock when the LED indicator changes from blue to red or green.
What do the buttons do?
- The top button is the Home button. Wherever you swipe to on the watch, press the top button to go back to your watch face.
- The bottom button is the back button. Press the bottom button to go back to the previous UI.
How do I set up my 3Plus Cruz or Callie Hybrid watch?
- Download the 3Plus Hybrid app from the Google Play store or the Apple Apps store
- Turn on Bluetooth on your mobile device
- Open the 3Plus Hybrid app, log in or create a new account if you’re a new user
- Select the Cruz or Callie watch, depending on which device you want to pair.
- Select either the Scan method or Manual method.
- If you want to use Scan method, make sure you see a QR code on your watch face. If you don’t see a QR code, please use the Manual method to pair your watch.
- To pair using Scan Method, hold the watch up to the camera and align the QR code on the watch with the viewfinder in the app
- To pair using Manual Method, the 3Plus Hybrid app will search and pull up a list of for nearby Bluetooth devices. Match the watch number to the number on the list in the app. Tap the matching number on the app to pair the watch then tap the green check mark on the watch to accept the pairing.
How do I set the time (calibrate) on my Cruz or Callie Hybrid watch?
- From the 3Plus Hybrid app, tap the Settings
- Scroll down to Time Calibration and select Manual Calibration or Scan Calibration
- To calibrate using Manual Calibration, move the hands by swiping your finger around the virtual dial on the phone screen. You can precisely adjust the hands position by using the +/- buttons on the phone screen.
- To calibrate using Scan Calibration, steadily hold the camera and align the watch case to the viewfinder in the app. After a short period, the watch hands will automatically move to the correct time.

How do I update my 3Plus Cruz or Callie Hybrid watch?
- Before you attempt to update the watch, make sure your it has at least 30% battery or higher.
- On your phone, open the 3Plus Hybrid app and head to the dashboard.
- Tap on the “New Update Available” bar to update your watch.
- Updating your watch will take several minutes to complete.
- Leave your watch near your phone until the update is complete. Don’t restart your phone or watch and don’t’ close the 3Plus Hybrid app. When the update is complete, your watch will restart on its own.

How do I reset my 3Plus Helio?
Reset your 3Plus password if you forget it or want to change it. We recommend entering a new password that is different from your previous 3Plus account passwords.

On your phone, download the 3+ Fitness app.

Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is on and the device has power. You can check if the device has power by placing it on the charger or by pressing on the crown to see the screen lights up.

How do I set reminders on my 3Plus Vibe?
- Open the 3Plus Elite Series app and tap on the menu icon in the top left corner and
select “Reminders.” - Select the “Add a New Reminder” at the bottom of the screen. Select the type of
reminder you want to set by tapping on the arrow. Customize the time and date then
select “Save” to sync your new reminder to your 3Plus VIBE. - You can check what types of reminders you have set by going back to the app or looking
in the “APPS” section of the 3Plus VIBE. - The VIBE will vibrate twice and an icon will appear on the device when your reminder

How far away can my Helio be from my phone and still be connected?
The range of the wireless Bluetooth connection between your phone and the Helio hybris smartwatch can vary greatly depending on the environment. In general, you should have at least 10 meters (or 30 feet) of connectivity.
Why will my paired Helio hybrid smartwatch not sync?
There could be a variety of reasons why your Helio is having issues syncing to the 3+ Fitness app.

The Helio might be disconnecting if moved outside of the phone’s Bluetooth range. The Bluetooth range is 10 meters (30 feet) if there are no doors, walls, or other obstacles between the phone and the watch.

Bluetooth might be disabled on the phone. The app will notify you that Bluetooth is not on and will ask you to turn it on. Try enabling Bluetooth on your phone using the phone’s Bluetooth settings. If it is already enabled, try turning Bluetooth off and on.
How often do I need to sync Helio to the 3+ Fitness app.
We recommend syncing the Helio at least once every day to guarantee your device stays fully updated and properly functioning. Regularly syncing in the app also prevents the loss of Activity data.
How long will my Helio hybrid smart watch battery last?
Depending on the usage, your touch screen can last up to 5 days. When your battery life is low, it automatically switches to watch mode, powering the watch hands only for an additional 100 days.
How long will it take to charge my Helio hybrid smartwatch?
It takes about 2 hours to fully charge your Helio.
How do I maximize my battery life?
Notifications cause your watch to vibrate frequently and opening messages move the hands a lot. Frequent alerts may cause your battery to drain more quickly. To maximize battery life, you can try to reduce the number of people or apps you have selected.
Is my Helio water resistant?

How do I reset my 3Plus Vibe?
There are two ways to reset the 3Plus Vibe.

Open the 3Plus Elite Series app and tap on the menu icon in the top left corner
and select “Settings.” Select the “Reset” option and tap on the check mark.
Select “OK” to confirm to reset the VIBE. -
On the 3Plus VIBE, swipe through the screens until you see the “APPS” menu.
Select the “Settings” icon and swipe until you see the “Reset” option. Tap on the
icon and tap on the green check mark to reset the device.
How do I set reminders on my 3Plus Vibe?
- Open the 3Plus Elite Series app and tap on the menu icon in the top left corner and
select “Reminders.” - Select the “Add a New Reminder” at the bottom of the screen. Select the type of
reminder you want to set by tapping on the arrow. Customize the time and date then
select “Save” to sync your new reminder to your 3Plus VIBE. - You can check what types of reminders you have set by going back to the app or looking
in the “APPS” section of the 3Plus VIBE. - The VIBE will vibrate twice and an icon will appear on the device when your reminder
goes off.
How do I use the sleep mode feature?
You can set a sleep schedule or turn on and off the sleep mode before you go to bed at night.
Preset Sleep Schedule
- To set a sleep schedule, open the 3Plus Elite Series App, go to Settings and select Preset Sleep
- Set your Bed time and awake time.
- Turn on Auto Sleep and tap Save.
Manually Turn on & off
- To manually turn on sleep mode before you go to bed, on your Vibe, swipe left or right until you see the Sleep Tracker and tap to enter.
- Tap the Play button to turn on sleep mode.
- Tap the Stop button when you wake up to turn off sleep mode.
How long can the 3Plus VIBE store my activity data for without syncing to the Elite Series app?
The 3Plus VIBE can store your activity data for up to 5 days without syncing. If you forget to sync your data for 1 – 5 days, you will not lose the data for those days if you sync to the app by midnight on the fifth day. We recommend syncing your data to the app at least once a day.
How do I read text messages on my 3Plus VIBE?
When you receive a new text message, an icon will appear on the VIBE’s screen. Tap on the icon on the screen to read the message.
How do I read a text message that I accidently cleared?

Swipe through the VIBE and look for the Notifications Icon. Tap on the Green chat icon
to read through the text message that you’ve previously cleared. -
Tap the “Clear All” to remove all alerts you’ve recently received. The VIBE can hold up to
five most recent text messages, missed call, emails, social medias and calendar event

How do I use the Camera control feature on the 3Plus VIBE?
Open the 3Plus Elite Series app and open the camera in the settings section. Position your phone to take the picture you want. Swipe through the 3Plus VIBE and find the camera icon in the APPS section. Tap on the camera icon and 3Plus VIBE will countdown from 3 to take a picture. Your smartphone will automatically snap a picture and save it to your device. Works with the front facing camera and the rear facing camera on your smartphone.
How do I control my music with the 3Plus VIBE?
Swipe to the APPS section on the 3Plus VIBE and look for the music note icon. Tap on the music note icon which will lead you to the Play/Pause, Skip and Back button. The 3Plus VIBE can only control music from your smartphone’s default music app. (Google Play Music/Apple Music)
How can the 3Plus VIBE help me find my phone?
If you’ve misplaced your phone, the 3Plus VIBE can help you locate its position. Go to the APPS section on the 3Plus VIBE and tap on the find my phone icon. The VIBE will send a signal to your smartphone to vibrate and play the default alarm tone. (The VIBE must be within Bluetooth range to activate this feature)
How long does it take for the screen to timeout if I don’t use the 3Plus VIBE?
The screen will timeout after 10 seconds
When does the heart rate monitor automatically turn itself off on the 3Plus VIBE?

If the heart rate monitor is left on, it will continue reading your heart rate for three
hours before it turns off. -
If the heart rate monitor is left on and no one is wearing it, it can detect it’s not being
worn and turn the heart rate monitor off to conserve battery.

Yes, the 3Plus VIBE is IP62 water resistant. This means that the 3Plus VIBE can handle
normal daily activities like water splashing when washing your hands or drizzle from
light rain. However, you should not take this swimming or wear this device in the

If the watch gets wet, we recommend drying it off as soon as you can.
Why is my 3Plus VIBE losing battery life quickly?
Make sure you don’t leave the heart rate monitor on all day. We recommend using the heart rate auto track feature in the app settings if you want to track your heart rate throughout the day.
When does the 3Plus VIBE reset and what happens to the previous day’s activity data?
The 3Plus VIBE resets to zero at midnight every night. The data from the previous day is stored on our cloud and you can review your history on the 3Plus Elite Series app.

Can I change my watch face from the watch or can I only do it from the app?
There are 4 in-watch faces. To change your watch face, press and hold your current watch face screen until the face shrinks. Then you can scroll left to choose your watch face. For more watch faces, go to Settings (bottom menu in your APP) > Watch face > and select from 50+ more choices from the APP.
How does my Vibe Lite detect my sleep pattern?
Vibe Lite has automatic sleep tracking, and the watch will automatically start tracking your sleep once you pair to your mobile device. The sleep is tracked only once per 24-hour cycle starting from 6pm in your time zone. I.e. if you sleep from 6pm to 11pm your watch will track your sleep for that sleep cycle but will not track any other sleep cycles until 6pm the next day.
How does the assisted GPS work on the Vibe Lite?
The assisted GPS (A-GPS) will turn on once you select an outdoor sport activity mode. These sport modes are outdoor running, outdoor cycling, walking, hiking and trail walking. Once you select these modes, the watch will locate your position from your phone signal. Please do not start your work out until you see “located" on your watch. The watch must be within roughly 6 feet from your phone during the activity in order for the A-GPS to work.
Does the 3+PRO app work with any other fitness apps?
The 3+ PRO app is currently compatible with Google Fit and Apple Heath Kit.
Can I swim with Vibe Lite?
No! Vibe Lite has IP68 water resistance, and is made for daily activity use. Not suitable for shower or pool wear.

Why are notifications delayed or missing on the Vibe Lite?
Notifications may skip or stop occasionally for several reasons.
- Your phone must be within 30 feet of your Vibe Lite to receive notifications.
- You won’t see text notifications if you have the conversation open on your phone.
- You won’t see notifications if you turned on settings such as do not disturb mode, quiet hours, or driving mode on your phone.
- You also won't see notifications on the Vibe Lite if you turned on do not disturb mode or sleep mode on the watch.
- If you’re using multiple Bluetooth devices, your device may have trouble syncing to your watch. Try and sync the watch again.

- Make sure the 3+ PRO APP is allowed to run in the background on your phone.

Why is the Vibe Lite not reading my heart rate?
The Vibe Lite will continuously (with auto tracking turned on) track your heart rate throughout the day. If the Vibe Lite doesn’t detect a heart rate, you may have to adjust the watch by either moving it higher or lower on your wrist and tightening or loosening the wristband. The Vibe Lite should be in contact with your skin. After holding your arm still and straight for a short period of time, you should see a heart rate reading. Contact customer service if the green led on the back of the watch is no longer flashing.
Why is the Vibe Lite not reading my blood oxygen?
You may have to adjust the watch by either moving it higher or lower on your wrist and tightening or loosening the wristband. The blood oxygen sensor also requires the user to be still with the watch screen facing up. Make sure you are wearing your watch 1 finger away from the wrist bone. Contact customer service if the red led in the back of the watch is no longer flashing.
Why is my assisted GPS not locating when I start a workout?
The assisted GPS depends on your cell phone signal. If your cell phone signal is weak, the watch won’t be able to connect to the GPS. Environmental factors and geographical locations may affect your cell phone signal. For best results, wait for the watch to locate your GPS signal from the phone first before you start your workout.
How do I set my fitness goals on the Vibe Lite?
To set your activity goals, open the 3+ PRO APP and tap on the pencil icon on the top righthand corner. Here you can increase or decrease the number of steps and change your goal for active minutes, distance travelled, or calories burned.
How many notifications can be stored on the Vibe Lite?
The Vibe Lite can store up to 10 notifications. Any new notifications will replace the oldest existing notification.
How to update my Firmware?
To check and update your watch with the latest firmware, you need to go to your APP Settings on your dashboard (bottom menu) More settings, then scroll down until you see Device firmware update and tap on it to update.
How to reconnect your watch if your watch gets disconnected with your smart phone?
If somehow your watch is disconnected from your phone within the Bluetooth connection range and does not connect back by itself, do the following:
- First, you want to check and see if you accidently turned on airplane mode on your watch.
- Second, go to your phone’s Bluetooth connection settings and make sure it’s still connected. (if it’s not connected, you will have to perform factory reset and re- pair your watch). Please note by doing factory reset, you will lose all the data from your watch, but you will still have all the previous data before the day you performed factory reset on your APP.
- If it’s still connected, please close and open your APP, then try to sync again.
How do I manage alarms on my Vibe Lite?
The Vibe Lite alarm will gently vibrate to alert you for reminders and notifications. To manage these alarms, go to Settings on your dashboard (bottom menu) > Reminder Settings > and then Alarm.
How do I change my time format and temperature unit?
Go to Settings on your dashboard (bottom menu) > More settings and then scroll down the menu until you see time and the temperature unit setting.

Why doesn’t my Vibe Lite BT have the correct weather location?
1. Make sure your weather synchronization is turned on under your weather settings. 2. Go to Privacy & Security settings under you phone settings > Location Services > Select 3+ Pro > Allow location access to “Always”. 3. You can manually insert your city if the city search doesn’t show your location.

- You can receive notifications from 3rd party Apps. To receive notifications from these Apps, go to Settings > Notification settings. Here you can select which Apps to receive notifications from or go to the bottom and select other if you can’t find your App in the menu.
- Unpair your device, reboot your watch and restart your phone. Pair your watch again then see if it works.

The Vibe PRO continuously tracks your heart rate while you’re exercising and throughout the day. If the Vibe PRO doesn’t detect a heart rate, you may have to adjust the watch by either moving it higher or lower on your wrist and tightening or loosening the wristband. The Vibe PRO should be in contact with your skin. After holding your arm still and straight for a short time, you should see a heart rate reading.

You may have to adjust the watch by either moving it higher or lower on your wrist and tightening or loosening the wristband. The blood oxygen sensor also requires the user to be still with the watch screen facing up. Make sure you are wearing your watch 1 finger away from the wrist bone.

Environmental factors including tall buildings, dense forests, steep hills or even thick cloud cover can interfere with your watch’s ability to connect to GPS satellites. For best results, wait for the watch to find your GPS signal first before you start your workout.
How do I set my fitness goals on the Vibe PRO?
To set your activity goals, open the 3+ APP and tap on the pencil icon on the top righthand corner. Here you can increase or decrease the number of steps and change your goal for active minutes, distance travelled, or calories burned. You can also set your weight goal and water consumption goal in the same section.
How many notifications can be stored on the Vibe PRO?
The Vibe PRO can store up to 20 notifications. Any new notifications will replace the oldest existing notification.
How to update my Firmware?
To check and update your watch with the latest firmware, you need to go to your APP Settings on your dashboard (bottom menu) More settings, then scroll down until you see Device firmware update and tap on it to update.
How to reconnect your watch if your watch gets disconnected with your smart phone?
- First, you want to check and see if you accidently turned on airplane mode on your watch.
- Second, go to your phone’s Bluetooth connection settings and make sure it’s still connected. (if it’s not connected, you will have to perform factory reset and re-pair your watch). Please note by doing factory reset, you will lose all the data from your watch, but you will still have all the previous data before the day you performed factory reset on your APP.
- If it’s still connected, please close and open your APP, then try to sync again.

- 2. If the watch is connected to another mobile phone, please unpair it and make sure Bluetooth connection has been deleted(or forgotten), then repair it again.

- 3. For iPhone users, try to forget the device under phone Bluetooth settings. Setting path: System settings → Bluetooth →Tap the icon on the right ⓘ → forget the device & try pair your watch with the phone again.

- 2. Press and hold your current watch face screen until the face shrinks. Then you can scroll left and right to choose your watch face.
- 3. Additional watch faces are available on the 3+ Go App. Go to "Device" (bottom menu in your App) > Watch face > Face center and select from 50+ more choices.

- Our device detects your sleep pattern automatically by just simply wear your watch to the bed. When you wake up, your watch will have deep sleep, light sleep, REM and awake time under sleep data on the front page of your App. (After syncing your watch with your phone after sleep)
How does the Assisted GPS work on the watch?
- The assisted GPS (also called connected GPS) will turn on once you select an outdoor workout mode. These workout modes are outdoor running, outdoor cycling, walking and hiking. Once you select these modes, the watch will locate your position from your phone signal. Please do not start your workout until you see “Green" GO button on your watch. The watch must be within roughly 6 feet from your phone during the activity in order for the assisted GPS to work. By using this assisted GPS workout, you will be able to see your workout route on the map after syncing the workout result with your phone.
Can I swim with my watch?
- No! All our watch have IP68 water resistance, and is made for daily activity use. It is not suitable to be worn in the pool, beach or snorkeling.
How does Spotify or Pandora work on the watch?
- Open the Spotify or Pandora App on your phone and play a song or podcast. On the watch, push the button to access the main menu and look for the music App. Tap on the music icon and from there you can pause, play, skip, rewind, and adjust the volume from your watch. It works as a remote to control music from your music Apps in your phone.
Why my watch Bluetooth Calling doesn’t work?
- Go to "Device" at the bottom menu of the App. Scroll down to the bottom and find Unpair to unpair your watch. If you are an iphone user, after unpairing the watch from the App, please go to Bluetooth settings under you phone to "forget" the device before you re-pair your watch to the App. (Without doing above step, you won't be able to pair your watch again with the App as the Bluetooth will be memorised by the phone)

- Our device detects your sleep pattern automatically by just simply wear your watch to the bed. When you wake up, your watch will have deep sleep, light sleep, REM and awake time under sleep data on the front page of your App. (After syncing your watch with your phone after sleep)
How does the Assisted GPS work on the watch?
- The assisted GPS (also called connected GPS) will turn on once you select an outdoor workout mode. These workout modes are outdoor running, outdoor cycling, walking and hiking. Once you select these modes, the watch will locate your position from your phone signal. Please do not start your workout until you see “Green" GO button on your watch. The watch must be within roughly 6 feet from your phone during the activity in order for the assisted GPS to work. By using this assisted GPS workout, you will be able to see your workout route on the map after syncing the workout result with your phone.
Can I swim with my watch?
- No! All our watch have IP68 water resistance, and is made for daily activity use. It is not suitable to be worn in the pool, beach or snorkeling.
How does Spotify or Pandora work on the watch?
- Open the Spotify or Pandora App on your phone and play a song or podcast. On the watch, push the button to access the main menu and look for the music App. Tap on the music icon and from there you can pause, play, skip, rewind, and adjust the volume from your watch. It works as a remote to control music from your music Apps in your phone.
Why my watch Bluetooth Calling doesn’t work?
- Go to "Device" at the bottom menu of the App. Scroll down to the bottom and find Unpair to unpair your watch. If you are an iphone user, after unpairing the watch from the App, please go to Bluetooth settings under you phone to "forget" the device before you re-pair your watch to the App. (Without doing above step, you won't be able to pair your watch again with the App as the Bluetooth will be memorised by the phone)
Why does my watch keep disconnecting with my phone?
- 1. For Android users, please make sure you have allowed the device by going to Settings > Apps > 3+ GO > Permissions > Nearby devices under your phone settings.
- 2. Please make sure you have allowed the location service by going to Settings>Privacy & Security>Location Services>3+ GO>Allow location service to be "Always".
- 3. For iPhone users, enable Background App Refresh for 3+ GO. Open the ""Settings"" on your iPhone, then scroll down and select the "General" option. Find and tap on "Background App Refresh". You will then see a list of all installed apps. Find 3+ GO app and enable background refresh and toggle the switch next to it to turn it on.
Can personal music be stored on the watch?
- No, music cannot be stored on your watch. You can pause/play, skip, rewind, and adjust the volume from your watch as a music App remote control. Open the Spotify app on your phone and play a song or podcast. On your watch face, swipe left until you see the music app to operate from there.
Why is my watch not reading my heart rate?
- The watch will continuously (with auto tracking turned on) track your heart rate throughout the day. If the watch doesn’t detect a heart rate, you may have to adjust the watch by either moving it higher or lower on your wrist and tightening or loosening the wristband. Make sure you are wearing your watch 1 finger away from the wrist bone. The watch should be in contact with your skin. After holding your arm still and straight for a short period of time, you should see a heart rate reading. Contact customer service if the green led on the back of the watch is no longer flashing.
Why is my watch not reading my blood oxygen?
- The watch will continuously (with auto tracking turned on) track your blood oxygen throughout the day. If the watch doesn’t detect blood oxygen,you may have to adjust the watch by either moving it higher or lower on your wrist and tightening or loosening the wristband. The blood oxygen sensor also requires the user to be still with the watch screen facing up. Make sure you are wearing your watch 1 finger away from the wrist bone. Contact customer service if the red led in the back of the watch are no longer flashing
Why is my Assisted GPS not locating when I start a workout?
- 1. Please note only Outdoor running, Outdoor cycling, Outdoor walking and Hiking could use GPS signal from your phone.
- 2. Make sure your App is running in the background and refresh the connection by swiping down the main page.
- 3. Go to Privacy & Security settings under you phone settings > Location Services > Select 3+ GO > Allow location access to “Always”.
- 4. Environmental factors including tall buildings, dense forests, steep hills or even thick cloud cover can interfere with your phone’s ability to connect to GPS satellites. For best results, wait for the “Green” GO button before you start the workout.
How do I set my daily activity goals on my watch?
- To set your activity goals, open the 3+ GO App and tap on the "Me" at the bottom menu. Find Goal settings, then tap on it to set your daily goal. There you can increase or decrease the number of steps, distance travelled, or calories burned.
How to update my watch firmware?
- To check and update your watch with the latest firmware, you need to go to Device at the bottom menu of your App. Scroll down until you see Firmware update, and tap on it to update.
Why doesn’t my “Quick reply” feature work on my watch?
- iPhone doesn’t support quick reply feature if you have iPhone. As for iOS, Apple watch is the only smart watch that does this feature since it’s made by Apple.
How do I change my time format and temperature unit?
- Go to "Me" at the bottome menu of your App. Tap on Unit Settings to set time format, temperature unit, and so on.
How to unpair your watch?
- Go to "Device" Scroll to the bottom and tap “Unpair”. This will unpair your device from your account. For iPhone users, please go to your Bluetooth settings under you phone Settings to forget the Bluetooth address from you phone to completely unpair the bonding.

How do I reset my 3Plus HR?
There are two ways to reset the 3Plus HR.
- Open the 3Plus Elite Series app and tap on the menu icon in the top left corner and select “Settings.” Select the “Reset” option and tap on the check mark. Select “OK” to confirm to reset the HR.
- On the 3Plus HR, swipe through the screens until you see the “APPS” menu. Select the “Settings” icon and swipe until you see the “Reset” option. Tap on the icon and tap on the green check mark to reset the device.
How do I set reminders on my 3Plus HR?
- Open the 3Plus Elite Series app and tap on the menu icon in the top left corner and select “Reminders.”
- Select the “Add a New Reminder” at the bottom of the screen. Select the type of reminder you want to set by tapping on the arrow. Customize the time and date then select “Save” to sync your new reminder to your 3Plus HR.
- The HR will vibrate twice and an icon will appear on the device when your reminder goes off.
How do I use the sleep mode feature?
- You can manually turn on/off sleep mode through the app or on your device.
i. Open the 3Plus Elite Series app and turn on the sleep mode on the home screen.
ii. On the 3Plus HR, swipe until you see the “APPS” icon. Tap on the “APPS” icon
and look for the Sleep icon (Moon). Tap on the Sleep icon and the green check
mark to turn on Sleep mode. - You can automatically track your sleep quality by setting up a pre-set sleep schedule.
i. Open the 3Plus Elite Series app and go the “Settings.” Select “Preset Sleep” and
set your sleep schedule by entering your Bed time and Awake Time. Switch the
“Auto Sleep” option to on and tap on “Save” to keep your preset sleep schedule.
ii. The 3Plus HR will now track your sleep patterns automatically during the preset
sleep schedule.
How long can the 3Plus HR store my activity data for without syncing to the Elite Series app?
The 3Plus HR can store your activity data for up to 5 days without syncing. If you forget to sync your data for 1 – 5 days, you will not lose the data for those days if you sync to the app by midnight on the fifth day. We recommend syncing your data to the app at least once a day.
How do I read text messages on my 3Plus HR?
When you receive a new text message, an icon will appear on the HR’s screen. Tap on the icon on the screen to read the message.
How do I view notifications?
- Swipe through the HR and look for the Notifications Icon. Tap on the Green chat icon to read through the text message that you’ve previously cleared.
- The Red icon is for missed calls and the blue icon is for social media messages. Tap the back arrow to go back to the main screen.
How do I use the Camera control feature on the 3Plus HR?
The Camera control feature allows you to remotely take pictures by tapping on the 3Plus HR.
Open the 3Plus Elite Series app and open the camera in the settings section. Position your phone to take the picture you want. Swipe through the 3Plus HR and find the camera icon in the APPS section. Tap on the camera icon and 3Plus HR will countdown from 3 to take a picture. Your smartphone will automatically snap a picture and save it to your device. Works with the front facing camera and the rear facing camera on your smartphone.How do I control my music with the 3Plus HR?
Swipe to the APPS section on the 3Plus HR and look for the music note icon. Tap on the music note icon which will lead you to the Play/Pause, Skip and Back button. The 3Plus HR can only control music from your smartphone’s default music app. (Google Play Music/Apple Music)
How can the 3Plus HR help me find my phone?
If you’ve misplaced your phone, the 3Plus HR can help you locate its position. Go to the APPS section on the 3Plus HR and tap on the find my phone icon. The HR will send a signal to your smartphone to vibrate and play the default alarm tone. (The HR must be within Bluetooth range to activate this feature)
How long does it take for the screen to timeout if I don’t use the 3Plus HR?
The screen will timeout after 10 seconds
When does the heart rate monitor automatically turn itself off on the 3Plus HR?
- If the heart rate monitor is left on, it will continue reading your heart rate for three
hours before it turns off. - If the heart rate monitor is left on and no one is wearing it, it can detect it’s not being
worn and turn the heart rate monitor off to conserve battery.
Is the 3Plus HR water resistant?
- Yes, the 3Plus HR is IP67 water resistant. This means that the 3Plus HR can handle
normal daily activities like water splashing when washing your hands or drizzle from
light rain. However, you should not take this swimming and we do not recommend
wearing the device in the shower. - If the band gets wet, we recommend drying it off.
How long does it take for the screen to timeout if I don’t use the 3Plus HR?
The screen will timeout after 10 seconds
What do I do if the 3Plus HR screen’s is frozen or it won’t turn on after charging?
Try a hard restart on the device. To perform a hard restart, place the 3Plus HR on the charging cradle while it is connected to a power source. Use a thin needle or pin and insert it into the back of the charging cradle’s pin hole.
Why is my 3Plus HR losing battery life quickly?
Make sure you don’t leave the heart rate monitor on all day. We recommend using the heart rate auto track feature in the app settings if you want to track your heart rate throughout the day.
When does the 3Plus HR reset and what happens to the previous day’s activity data?
The 3Plus HR resets to zero at midnight every night. The data from the previous day is stored on our cloud and you can review your history on the 3Plus Elite Series app.

How do I reset my 3Plus HR+?
There are two ways to reset the 3Plus HR+.
- Open the 3Plus PRO app, go to the bottom menu and tap on Settings🡪 More settings🡪 scroll down and tap on Factory reset.
- On the 3Plus HR+, tap through the screens until you see “Settings”. Tap and hold the button to enter settings menu, and then tap thru the menu until you see Reset. Tap and hold the button to reset your watch.
Tips: Remember to unpair your watch from the App after you made factory reset on the watch, so the App will be able to pair with the watch again.
How does my 3Plus HR+ detect my sleep pattern?
- HR+ has automatic sleep tracking, and the watch will automatically start tracking your sleep once you pair to your mobile device. The sleep is tracked only once per 24-hour cycle starting from 6pm in your time zone. I.e. if you sleep from 6pm to 11pm your watch will track your sleep for that sleep cycle but will not track any other sleep cycles until 6pm the next day.
How do I read text messages and notifications on my 3Plus HR+?
- When you receive a new text message, a message alert will appear on the watch screen. If you want to view more or previous notifications on the watch, tap your watch until you see notifications, then tap and hold the button to enter your notification page. Simply just tap on the button to jump to the message you want to see.
Why are notifications delayed or missing on the 3Plus HR+?
Notifications may skip or stop occasionally for several reasons.
- Your phone must be within 30 feet of your HR+ to receive notifications.
- You won’t see text notifications if you have the conversation open on your phone.
- The HR+ shows new, unread texts.
- You won’t see notifications if you turned on settings such as do not disturb mode, quiet hours, or driving mode on your phone.
- You also won't see notifications on the HR+ if you turned on do not disturb mode or sleep mode on the watch.
- If you’re using multiple Bluetooth devices, your device may have trouble syncing to your watch. Try and sync the watch again.
- Make sure the 3+ PRO App is allowed to run in the background on your phone.
- You can receive notifications from 3rd party Apps. To receive notifications from these Apps, go to Settings 🡪 Notification 🡪 Other Apps. Here you can select which Apps to receive notifications from. Make sure to turn on the Other Apps button at the top to receive notifications.
How can the 3Plus HR+ help me to find my phone?

To set up your daily goals, simply go to the main page of your App and tap on the pencil icon on the top right hand corner. Under the page you will be able to set up your steps goal, sleep goal, calorie goal, activity time goal and distance goal.

Enabling/Disabling Notification Alerts (Android)
- When being paired to the 3Plus Swipe C you are able to receive alerts via your mobile notifications.
(For example: calls, text, or any applications you normally receive alerts for)
To access the notification settings on the 3Plus Activity Tracker application, select the top-left hand corner menu.
This will generate a side bar with a menu, select "Pair Device". - Once on "Device" settings, scroll down until you see the "Notifications" toggles.

How to View the Software Version on Your Swipe C

On the Swipe C:
- Swipe to the left of the time/date screen to select "Apps".
- You are then going to swipe until you see the settings icon.
- Swipe once to display "Info" and select. You are then going to swipe one more time to acquire the software specs (shown as SW).
- On the App: Tap on the Swipe C tile found on the app home screen, then scroll down to select 'Debug Info'.
Can I use the Swipe C with my Computer?
The 3Plus Swipe C is not compatible with any PC's. Unfortunately, a dashboard/desktop version of the 3Plus Activity Tracker application is not available.
(Currently, the Swipe C is only compatible with Android and iOS devices. Devices must at least carry iOS 7.0 or above and an Android OS 4.3 or above)
How do I Setup my Swipe C?
The first step to setting up the Swipe C is downloading the 3Plus Activity Tracker application. The connection from mobile device to band occurs via Bluetooth. Once the Bluetooth is turned on through the mobile device, the Swipe C will be able to pick up the signal.

How do I Turn on and Navigate Through my Swipe C?
To view the display screen, firmly double tap on the Swipe C screen. To navigate through the different options, swipe the screen right or left, and to select an option simply tap on the icon you wish to choose.
When I Pair my Swipe C I Get an Error saying, "We Cannot Find Your Swipe-C"?
- Your mobile device may already be paired with another Bluetooth device. You must first un-pair the Bluetooth device from your mobile device to be able to connect to the Swipe C.
- If the Swipe C was paired with a mobile device previously, (and the device is within Bluetooth range) the band may still be paired to it through the back end. Due to this, the band is unable to pair with a new mobile devices.
Which Smartphones Support the Swipe C?
BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy a.k.a Bluetooth 4.0) is required to connect with the 3Plus Swipe C. Mobile devices must have a minimum display of 4 inches (measured from the bottom-left corner of the screen to the top-right corner). Operating system requirements consist of the mobile device running on iOS 7.1+ or Android 4.3+. The 3Plus app does NOT support tablet devices.
Why Does my Swipe C Only Have Four Letters/Numbers on the Screen?
These 4 characters are the pairing code that will need to be used to activate the Swipe C via the 3Plus application.
Why is it So Hard to Put the Swipe C on?
If you are having trouble fitting the clasp onto the band, try wetting the band with water. This will make it easier for the clasp to close.
Swipe C Tracking
The Swipe C will track steps taken, active minutes, distance traveled, calories burned and sleep
- Steps are tracked using internal hardware to detect movement and the movement is then determined to be a step (or not a step) based on a unique step tracking algorithm.
- Active minutes is calculated for any activity lasting 30 seconds or more. Any movement lasting less than 30 seconds will not count towards an active minute.
- Distance traveled is calculated using 3 factors: number of steps taken, speed of those steps, and set stride length.
(Stride length can be adjusted under the "User Settings" via the 3Plus application menu) - Calories are calculated using 4 factors: set weight/height, gender (both visible in user settings), the number of steps recorded, and the speed of those steps
- Sleep is tracked using the same hardware used to track movement of the Swipe C. Asleep, restless and awake periods are based on intensity of movement.
- When being paired to the 3Plus Swipe C you are able to receive alerts via your mobile notifications.
